Group Event Reservation

Terms and conditions:

A deposit of 50% per person reserved is required. No bookings will be confirmed until a deposit has been paid. No alcohol can be served to anyone under the legal drinking age. The National Hotel Miami Beach serves alcohol responsibly and will not serve intoxicated guests  A full prepayment is required to confirm a booking for Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve • Cancellation policy: Deposits are refundable up to two weeks prior to the event, after which the prepayment will become non-refundable • Some menu items are subject to availability and seasonality.

I certify that the above statements and information made in this Payment Authorization are true and correct to the best of my knowledge. I also certify that I am authorized to effect charges to the above credit card number. I certify that I have been informed of the non-refundable cancellation policy and understand that if I cancel or do not arrive to claim my reservation (“No Show”) at any time that my deposit will NOT be refunded. In the event of a discrepancy in the amount, I agree to notify the hotel’s Credit Manager within seven (7) working days after the receipt of the credit statement.

I certify that I have been informed of the non-refundable cancellation policy and understand that if I cancel or do not arrive to claim my reservation (“No Show”) at any time that my deposit will NOT be refunded.
