What time is Check-in / What time is Checkout?

Guaranteed Check in time is 4PM – Check out is 11AM

Can I Check In Early?

Early check in can be requested but not guaranteed. Decision will be made the day of arrival upon availability.

Can I request a Late Check out?

Late checkout can be requested but not guaranteed. Decision will be made the morning of departure upon availability.

Is there a fee for Late Check out?

Late check out is subject to fee and subject to availability. Complimentary until 12PM. From 12PM to 3PM half day charge. After 3PM full day charge.

Can I Park at the Hotel?

Valet parking is available for staying guests and visitors.

  • 0 to 4 hours $25 + taxes ($26.75)
  • 4 to 6 hours $30 + taxes ($32.1)
  • 6 to 8 hours $35 + taxes ($37.45)
  • Overnight $40 + taxes ($42.8). In and Out privileges.

Do you have a Pool?

The National Hotel offers 2 pools, our Legendary Infinity Pool, one of the longest in Miami Beach & our Leisure Pool, which are both accessible 24h. The Leisure Pool is heated for your comfort.

What is the maximum occupancy in a room?

Rates are based on double occupancy for rooms with 1 bed, and on triple occupancy for rooms with 2 beds. There is an additional $50 charge for a fourth individual over the age of 14 in a room with 2 beds.

Maximum occupancy is 2 for a room with 1 bed. Maximum occupancy is 4 for a room with 2 beds.

Can I send/receive Packages to the Hotel?

To ensure proper handling and to expedite receipt of your parcels please use the following labeling format:

ANY PACKAGE DELIVERED TO THE HOTEL WITH NO CONTACT NAME REGISTERED WITH A RESERVATION, THE PACKAGE WILL BE REFUSED AND RETURNED TO SENDER AT THE SENDER’S EXPENSE.

ALL PACKAGES UNCLAIMED AFTER A PERIOD OF 15 DAYS WILL BE RETURNED TO SENDER.

A Handling fee of 5 $ per day will be charged for each shipment (maximum of 5 packages per shipment).

SHIPPING PACKAGES FROM THE HOTEL

The National Hotel Miami Beach does not have an account for the client’s use.

All shipping charges must be paid either by the clients own carrier account or by a credit card accepted by the carrier used for the shipping. The hotel will not be able to accept payment as a third party for the shipping charges incurred.

Shipping from a hotel guest

Payment by Credit Card

    • sender’s phone contact details

    • sender’s email contact details

Payment using a carrier account number

  • Account Number

  • Guest Reservation Name (Name which the reservation was booked under) or group / event / conference name

  • Completed Shipping / Waybill for the carrier including:

    • sender’s phone contact details

    • sender’s email contact details

  • Forwarding address (FedEx does not deliver to P.O.Box)

  • Carrier’s pickup number

  • Properly assembled package

  • A personal or business address must be used. The National Hotel Address may not be used for outgoing packages.

  • Carrier Pickup Number for scheduled pickup at security*

 

No Liability Disclosure

  1. The hotel is not set up for FedEx, FedEx Ground or any UPS pickup services. The FedEx Ground service fleet is separate from FedEx air and requires correct ground shipping documents, which are not available at hotel. In cases where shipper must use FedEx Ground the party shipping must obtain and properly complete all courier required shipping documents including form of payment.

  2. The sender MUST contact UPS/FedEx /FedEx Ground and schedule a pickup for every package being sent. All packages shipped in this manner must have:

    1. accurately completed shipping documents attached and

    2. prominently display the scheduled pickup day, any confirmation # provided by courier at time scheduled and name and contact info for person responsible for sending these packages.

  3. Any package being shipped to National Hotel must be sent prepaid by sender,as it is the policy at the National Hotel NOT to accept parcels sent COD.

  4. The hotel cannot accept responsibility for acceptance and/or storage of boxes received more than three (3) business days prior to the scheduled start date of the meeting/program or the guests arrival date. Any packages accepted prior to 3 days will be charged $5 per item/per handling fee.

  5. At the conclusion of an event or stay and prior to guest/group departure, any items to be shipped out of the hotel must be properly packaged and labeled and all courier required forms completed and attached. Be sure you have completed the form of payment portion of the courier waybill. In most cases that will require you to supply either a valid courier specific account number or valid credit card account along with clear and legible copies of front and back of the credit card and Driver’s License. Under no circumstances can these charges be paid through a hotel account.

  6. The hotel is not responsible for packing or for supplying packing materials (eg. boxes, tape) or for filling out/completing labels or waybills.

  7. Any items left behind not properly packed and/or without shipping instructions including any properly completed courier required waybills/forms/customs clearance forms will be discarded.

  8. Payment for these services must be established prior to receiving package(s). All packages will be held until a payment method has been confirmed.

 

National Hotel, Miami Beach Package Handling Service Fees

  • These charges cover the hotel’s cost of labor, processing, receiving, tracking, storing, and delivering of parcels when sent in accordance with the hotel policies as outlined here.

  • Note that storage fees will apply for packages received more than 3 days prior to the start of an event and/or remaining more than 3 days after event.

  • These fees are separate and in addition to any courier related shipping/receiving fees you may incur. Charges incurred shall be applied to the RECEIVER of material, thus, applied to an individual guest room/account or charged to an individual credit card.

  • Most carriers deliver between 7am and 3:30 pm, Monday thru Friday, and between 9am and 1pm on Saturday.

Do you offer Upgrades?

Upgrades can be requested upon checking and are depending on availability.

What is your Pet policy?

The National Hotel Miami Beach Is a pet friendly hotel. The pet must be less than 25 pounds, remain on a leash at all times and must not be left unattended in the room. Our Concierge team is able to arrange pet sitting services if required. Any damage caused to the room and/or any other area of the Hotel by the pet is the responsibility of the guest. A onetime non-refundable fee of $150 will apply for the stay. Pets staying at the hotel is subject to advance reservations. Please e-mail the hotel to confirm your pet will be staying with you.

What is your policy for Theft, Loss or Damage ?

Please note that The National Hotel assume no liability for theft, loss or damage although we use reasonable caution to protect the property of our customers.
