Banquet Chef

Oversight of all Banquet Menus and food production for Banquet Functions.

DUTIES & FUNCTIONS: Prepare all food items for Banquet Functions , according to standard recipes. Visually inspects appearance of all food, proper taste, color combination and overall presentation to maintain appeal. Responsible for Staff Scheduling. Responsible for maintaining food preparation handling and correct storage standards, BEO estimates, production needs and compliance with all local, state and federal OSHA Regulations.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: 3+ Years’ Experience as Banquet Chef in a full service hotel or Restaurant.
